“I want to thank you so much for your generosity in creating the Moshope Oyeyemi Memorial Scholarship. Receiving this award means a lot to me. It helps me with the financial side of college and it also gives me encouragement to keep working hard and staying focused on my academic and career goals. As a student in the College of Engineering and Information Technology, I've grown very interested in how technology can be used to better understand the human brain. In the future, I hope to do research that looks at how technology connects with neurology and brainwaves, and how that knowledge could lead to new tools that make people's lives better and more accessible. This scholarship makes that path feel more possible for me by giving me both support and motivation to keep going. I also feel honored to receive a scholarship that carries on the life and legacy of Moshope Oyeyemi. Your generosity is inspiring, and it reminds me of the importance of giving back.
